  27.  there4s a program called COMt around, that redirects MS-Windows
  28. calls to COM-Ports to the internet.
  29. Microsoft4s  tcpip32 winsockets for Windows for Workgroups come with
  30. DOS-programs like ping, that are redirected to the tcpip32 winsockets.
  31. Could any programmer put these things together to build the above
  32. mentioned shim?
